Fill in your details and state the reason for your stay at Finca Sol y Mar. We will let you know as soon as possible whether Finca Sol y Mar is available during your desired period. If the desired period is available, we will send you an email requesting payment of 50% of the rental price. The reservation is only final after receipt of at least 50% of the rental price. The remaining 50% of the rental price plus the deposit and cleaning costs must be paid four weeks before the date of arrival. The deposit will be refunded within two weeks after departure, minus the costs for electricity and any damage found by our caretaker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By making a reservation, you agree to the costs and arrangements listed below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Is the villa unavailable during your desired period? Kevin will welcome guests upon arrival and hand over the key. He will also collect the keys upon departure. During your stay, Kevin is your point of contact. If you have any questions about the property, if something has broken, or if you want to know anything about the area, Kevin can help you. Kevin will contact you a few days before your arrival to ask for your exact arrival time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Smoking is not permitted in the property and pets are not allowed. The person making the booking must be at least 30 years old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to the villa rental, there are the following additional costs:<br>\u2013 Final cleaning <strong>\u20ac200<\/strong> for the villa (mandatory);<br>\u2013 Electricity costs (will be deducted from the deposit afterwards);<br>\u2013 Deposit of <strong>\u20ac500<\/strong>;<br>\u2013 Final cleaning Casdita <strong>\u20ac100<\/strong> (mandatory for rentals with more than 8 people).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The rental price is based on a <strong>maximum of 8 persons<\/strong> for the villa.<br>For rentals with more than 8 persons, the Casita is offered for an additional <strong>50 euros per person per night<\/strong>, with a maximum of 2 persons. This means that a total of 10 persons can stay at the villa.<br><br>The rental price per night varies between 155 euros (in low season) and 550 euros (in high season).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cancellation<\/strong><br><em>If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your booking, you must always confirm this by email (even if you have already notified us by telephone, for example).
